Ok, so you have my first pictures (embarrassing i know). But you don't know much about me or why I'm doing this. so ill answer those questions first.
Why am I taking on a Penis Enlargement Experiment?
Honestly, this has to do with confidence about myself. I'm sure thats how it is for everyone. But I just want to be able to say, "Oyea, my dicks [Insert final size here]" and so forth. I've been having a lot more confidence lately with myself because my girlfriend has been complementing me on some new changes in appearance which have effected our bedroom experience for the better. So this doesn't completely have to do with performance although i sometimes have premature issues (but my gf is like the sexiest girl I've ever met and its hard not to even have wood around her). So this has become a challenge of two things: 1. To feel more confident about myself. 2. To prove once and for all that cheaper techniques work!
So who are you?
Me, oh I'm The Subject! Im Mr.6 and one half/fourth-ish.
Truthfully, I am a Straight Edge Guy. I dont drink, smoke, or do drugs. some include sex in the definition but not me ;). I am also a Vegetarian which also factors into implementing a proper diet. When I took my first pictures of my Penis, I joined a Gym the week before and go there roughly 4-5 days a week. So I've been going for a couple weeks now. These are just the facts you need to know which may factor into the effects of my experiment. So what are some basic pros and cons?
Pros:
Being "Edge," Cigarettes and Alcohol don't effect my sexual performance
Gym helps with blood flow, makes me feel good, and makes my lady want me more.
Cons:
Lack of meat in my diet effects many of the vitamins and minerals necessary for growth from what I've read.
THE BIG QUESTION!
What techniques will I do and what diet/supplements will I consume?
Ill begin with my diet/supplements:
I lack meat intake so i try to supplement them with other goods. and since I'm trying to bulk up by going to the gym, I thought I'd have the best intake of vitamins from supplements. So heres a list of what I'm taking:
As for a basic muscle building vitamin, Im taking GNC Mega Men Nutrition Formula. This Formula helps like any other vitamin. since its a powder, it absorbs better. It also states directly on the label that it helps with prostate and sexual health which is what we're looking for. I don't feel like listing out those vitamins provided but you can check them out if ur interesting by clicking a link above.
I'm also taking a whey protein formula which i can't remember of them name off the top of my head. Ill let you know when I remember it! Protein helps with muscle building as well as recovery which is important for the techniques I'll be testing.
Since most people are not vegetarians, here is a link (ignore the stupid stuff theyre eventually trying to sell you) which provides the foods which contain the vitamins and minerals I can normally not get from my diet.
The Techniques:
The experiments I've been trying are common ones that you may have already come across. The first I've been testing is Jelqing. But before you begin, it's best to take a wash cloth, soak it in warm-hot water to warm up the skin of the penis to prevent any problems from happening. After a minute, I would repeat this 2 more times. however, if youre in the shower doing these techniques, just run warm water and that should help. make sure you do the washcloth one more time after all exerices have been completed.
How do you Jelq? simple as this... Get your Penis semi-erect a make a ring with your pointer and thumb finger. then pull from the base to the head and hold a little. once you do this with one hand, do it with the other after u let go with the other hand. if you need a visual, this is the best I could Find. CLICK HERE. Hopefully that paints a better picture. I do 10 strokes (5 with each hand) in 5 directions of my penis: first straight out, then down, then to the right, up, then left. So in the end, thats 50 Jelqs! I repeat this twice to make it 100 and sometimes I add some extras for good luck. At next months picture, I will then try after between 150-200 Jelqs.
I have also been doing some PC exercise where when i have to urinate, mostly important when i wake up, i go to pee. but once i begin to pee, i tighten the PC muscle (muscle which normally hold in your pee) to hold in my pee! i hold for 10 seconds, pee a little more, then hold for another 10, and i do that one more time. There are other PC muscle exercises I will try in the near future, but as of now this is what im doing!
What will I be trying in the future?
As for supplements, I want to add a Ginseng extract (preferably Asian Red) which is already found in most sexual enhancement pills. I would also like to try a choline supplement. Choline transforms into Acetyl Choline which helps blood flow, improves neurotransmitters, and is found largely in the body when going through puberty. Some have found that to have some beneficiary factors.
And as for techniques, i want to move on to some of THESE or THESE. Once I do, Ill let you know exactly what I'm doing.

Heres The Beginning!
So here they are, my first pictures before I begin my penis enlargement journey! Lets see how exactly i measure in...


So there you have it, my official "weighing in" size! As of April 25, the length of my penis is roughly between 6-1/4 to 6-1/2 inches and my girth is just bellow 5 inches (lets go with 4-7/8ths)! Hope this helps as a starter.
Now that you got my first pictures, I will measure myself every month on the 25th to see any progress in this experiment. I expect it will take time so bare with me!
So tonight I'm just here to post my pictures for you to get a basis for were i begin on this journey. so im not faking whats happens or cheating you. i just wanna help and learn from you as well with any extra advice. During the week I will provide the supplement and exercise list of my experiment because tonight i just don't have enough time. ha. last week of classes and should be studying for finals.
